It's over (day 3)  and I am a bit uncomfortable.  It is not too bad but the bubbles keep moving around in my stomach.  So far just water and liquid drinks today.  I am not too sure of leaving the house just yet.  I'm going to try some yogurt with the protein powder in it shortly.  Hopefully that will help settle my stomach down.  

Got on the scale at home today and lost a few more pounds.  I am counting from the consultation appointment with Dr Tersigni since it was just a couple of weeks ago.
