my story is the same as most ,i believe. I have been overwieght all my life i think or as far as i can remember. my turning point came when i started developing all the co-morbid like high blood pressure, diabetes, bad knees and bad back at age 37. another reason was because my children started becoming overwieght because of my bad habits, i felt so guilty but i knew i couldn't get them better if i didnt get in control of my life. so here i am LOSIN 4REAL.
