Please allow me to take just a minute to say EVERYONE here is just the world's best!
If you are here reading, sharing, loving, caring and taking time to share with others OR just checking things out on your own, then you are a WONDERFUL person for taking that step! You're on your way baby!! 
I am what I'm sure most of you consider or considered yourselves... "The poster child for **I'LL NEVER LOSE THIS WEIGHT**"
But, after a little over 3 months and the grace of surgery I am down 74 lbs!!
As the mommy of an almost 4 year old gift from God, I decided last year that I would check into bariatric surgery because, in a nut-shell, I want to be around to see my little boy grow up!! I figured if the good Lord above would grant me a child at 33 that the doctors said I would never have, then bariatric surgery so I could stay around for him, wouldn't be too much to ask!!
September 19th, 2007 would be the day and oh what a day it was!! I entered the hospital scared as a baby chick and worrying about the worse! However, after just 3 days, I was doing great, drinking all kinds of "nasty" lol liquids and headING home!!
Now, 3 months later I have met many GREAT people that I'm proud to call my friends, am moving on with my smaller me, (which isn't very small lol) but sure is getting smaller, and about to move into a new house with my wonderful son and husband!!
I am 74 lbs down and HOPING with everything I will lose just 6 more lbs in the next week so I can bring in 2008 in the 200's!!!

Well, got on the scales today and I didn't make it 
I'm still in 300 land! Only by 3lbs lol but still there. ALL is ok though!! I still showed a 3lbs loss. I can honestly say I LIKE my scale these days!! lol
My mother makes all home made candies for Christmas. 20 different kinds!! She only weighs 116lbs But I just HAD to try a small nibble of a chocolate covered cherry!!
Lets just say I have to stand back and say THANK YOU LORD because I got soooooo sick!!
Now, why do I say thank you?? lol I asked God just before my surgery if he didn't do Anything else, for Him to make me not handle sugar!! HE DID, I CAN'T lol So, after one nibble and one sick, I have become a #1 posterchild for no more chocolate covered cherries!! Hope everyone's Christmas was a GREAT one and HERE'S TO BEING BIG LOSERS IN '08!!!

OMGoodness Has it been 3 months since I've added anything? lol Lazy, lazy me!!
NOT! 115lbs off this little fat body and NO MORE LAZY ME!! whooooooohooooo
We moved into our new house on Feb 15th, have painted everything MY colors lol Poor DH and today I did something I thought I'd NEVER EVER EVER say I would ever do for sooooooo many reasons!!
I CANT STAND gardening!!! Flowers, veggies, fruit, it doesn't matter!! If it has to be tended to to come up at my house, the hubby or someone else has to do it! lol I have no want to nor do I have a green thumb! DH says I would kill a plastic plant! lmao
HOWEVER, today my dear friends I think I figured out at least PART of the reason I never liked to do "outside stuff" I COULDN'T with my excess cargo I carried around!! It hurt, it was hot, it made me hurt later, I didn't do it! But just this morning I planted 30 peonie plants across the front of my new house!! NO EASY TASK considering hardly any rain and hard, hard dirt lol But I did it!! I'm a little tired yes. But I'm not aching, hurting, and ready to throw up lol Plus, the gratification I feel of what I DONE!!
OMG this surgery is so cool!! lol
Now, if the darn little plants decide NOT to grow, I'm back to no more gardening, for any reason!! lmao!!!
