I'm down 36lbs in 9 wks. I started excercising but stopped cause we kept being hit with snow storms. Now the weather is getting better I'm ready to tone up & drop the rest of this wt.. I have fat hanging & I was told if I hit the WTs I can tone it up... I'm so ready....

Well I'm getting use to my sleeve, I'm 6 wks out & I'm down 30 pounds. I feel alot better. I'm making healthier food choices & eating much better...

Well I'm 6 days post op & I saw the Dr today, he says I'm healing up good. I'm down 10 lbs, yeah

My surgery is scheduled for tomorrow at noon, I was at first nervous but as I drank this miralax it's becoming so real. Ready to finish my wt loss journey. Anyone else scheduled for surgery tomorrow?
