Ok everyone.... It's been a year now, and I feel great..... I have lost a total of 137lbs sooooo far. I still have a long way to go....Yes I have so much more energy, stamina and are able to do so many things I couldn't before.... I got injured in April so I had not been able to exercise, but that has changed... My new Long term goal is to get to 250 next year.....For those of you thinkin of taking this journey,,,, GO FOR IT. It is hard and sometimes you say what the hell did I do this for..... Well you are doing it to LIVE AGAIN..... It is so worth it.... I wish you luck in your journey and may God be with you all.
