My Goals

I will be going with a target weight of 160 and a goal weight of 130.  Currently I am consuming under 1200 with an emphasis on protein...for example yesterday (Thursday) I consumed 1121 calories; 67 Carbs; 45 Fat; 103 Protein. 
I also got in all my water + 2 and walked on my treadmill for 15 minutes. 
I am building up to 20 minutes and should be up to that for everyday next week and twice bumping it up another 10.  My goal is to get comfortable walking on my treadmill (3 mph) for 30 minutes by the end of Nov 12.  Then in Dec I will work on increasing the pace until I can get to 3.5 (trying for that pace as my Christmas Present to myself).
