20 Minute Mile

While I am still 100 lbs over goal...I finally achieved a 1 mile walk in 20 minutes....I did this yesterday 11/18/12..then backed it up by doing it again this AM 11/19/12.  I am so proud of myself...

I am non-stop on this journey...
