OMG, It has been so very long since I've been on. We have moved to Oregon,my insurance company told me they wouldn't cover my surg then they said they wanted info for the last 5 years,i didn't see a dr everytime i felt fat or started a diet......then we moved to oregon and now i'm feeling bad again,it wasn't working on my own.......ok,i better go for now ./.......back sooner then you think,chow

Well I finally made contact with the ladys at the facility. One wouldn't call back and I guess she is no longer there. The lady I spoke to was so nice and upbeat,she got me an appt right away with the dietition. I had that appt on friday and she said she recommends me that i'm ready to make a lifestyle change that I see the end result and realize this is only a tool. so now I have to wait for the surgeons office to make my appt to see him.Then schedule the surg. the dietition said in Jan...I'm so excited and I'm glad it is in Jan,sorta like a new lease on life for 2008.........anyway good luck to all and i'll be in touch.

Well It has been sooo long since I've been on here. Now I'm at the point where I'm waiting for the appointment with the surgeon, and dietition. I've done everything I'm suspossed to do. Now I'm waiting!!! I just hope they call me real soon. My sleep apnea is really bothering me and my lab work said i was really only one point below diabetic and my chol is high. I guess it could be worse. I just wanted to update, I'm tired of being and feeling this way......aaaggghhhhh ok enough of that, hope everyone is well. I'll update when I hear something. ta ta

well I haven't written in a while. I had my psyc eval last month. I think it went well? He didn't tell me I shouldn't have surgery and I of course forgot to ask him. I now just have to do my nutrition assessment and my blood draw then my info is off to the insurance. I started a new job last week and now I'm conerned about scheduling surgery and taking time off when your a new employee. I most likely won't tell anyone what the surgery is for except for my health. We'll see how that goes. I'm also going back to school starting on the 21st of Aug, I'm excited and nervous,it's just been so long since I've been in school. Gosh, I sound depressed?

My psych eval is july 19th then i'll turn in my dietition info,get my appt then go through the insurance process. To matters worse my insurance is changing from BC PPO to United Healthcare. I have no idea what this insurance comp is going to need in order to approve???? Does anyone have that insurance? I'll write more after my crazy eval...lol
