Hello to everyone...I received an email to congratulate me on being 7 years post op...This has to be one of the best things I have ever ever done...I went from having to buy a size 24 (grew out of my 22's) to now wearing a size 12...I still have my moments of gaining a pound or two but have the energy to work it off..I take long, and by long I mean 4-5 hour hikes in the mountains...I can run and play with my kids...I can walk up and down my stairs without having to stop after each....When we go to the amusement park I can ride the same ride with my kids and not worry about the belt being lose, because it has to fit around me...I can go on and on...Just wanted to say I pray for everyone that has to make their decision to have or not to have this surgery...By all means...YES!!!...You will not regret it...

Hi Becky, Congratulations on your surgery date! I'm almost 6 months Post-op and it's been a positive experience for me. Boy, is it hard to make the decision though! For me, the week before surgery was harder than the week after. Hang in there, keep it positive and I hope all your health and weight loss dreams come true. Best wishes,
