Well it has been a long time since I have been on here and there have been lot's of changes. I went through a divorce but now im remarried to a man who love's me for me! Im 3 and a half years out and still maintaing about 115lb weight loss. I still have not reched my goal but have come very close many time's. But I have not lost hope that I will get there! That is why im back I need the support to help me get there.

Hi everyone it has been 7 months and I have had so many changes. About 2 months after my surgery we lost my oldest son's father. It was really hard for me, I lost allot of weight because I was not eating. I was sick all the time, I realized as much as it hurt, I had to be strong 4 my boys, so I needed to take care of myself. Not to long after that we found out that we were being transfer ed to Ft.Richardson Alaska. What a change it has been, we have been here for about a month, it is really cold but also very beautiful!! I have lost 105 pounds and now I am at 160 so just 25 more pounds to get to my goal. I feel like that may take forever. I have been working out like crazy 5-6 days a week for about 2 hours a day. But my stomach looks gross, anyone have any good suggestions for me to help? Well that's all for today
