Wow, its been 7 years?

7 years and still kicking!  I am going to recommit myself to the menu plans, I need to drop about 20 lbs, but I know I can do this.  I still have no regrets, losing 90 lbs is a real point of pride for me.  If I had to do it all over again, I think I would probably do the surgery, but maybe the lapband instead of the rue n y...but its all good.
