Hi-  I am almost 3weeks out and excited with my weight loss, but I am more depressed just because of life in general.  It is a new way of life and I am getting better at it one day at a time.  Any comments would be appreciated.  Love yas all!

I just recently received my surgery date:    Jan. 14th , 2010 - I start my liver reduction diet Jan.2, so I can enjoy the holidays then get the surgery.

Hi - My name is Lynn and I am having LaparoEndoscopic Gastric Bypass Hopefully the first week of January.  I do have alot of concerns, Just hoping to survive this whole thing.  If anyone has any tips for me that would be great.
