Well i know it been awhile since i updated my blog, so i thought it was about time,,  to date i have lost 135 pds since the day i walked in the surgeons office to inquire about this gastric bypass, and i feel absolutly amayzing, if i would of known how i would of felt by doing this i would have done it in a heart beat, i have know regretes, i just had a panniculectomy done and its the first time in my life i can see the floor from looking down standing up lol... everything went very well with no complications,,,,, life is great and i learned that i love to dance..... with confifence and not with embaresment,,, that is  a first for me.... if anyone needs support or help feel free to  send me a message anytime.....

Surgery went great, had no complications, and so far im doing wonderfull, i'm on the 7th day and im at about 85g of liquids, thats including the protien shakes and my water ,,,,,,,, and i'm starting the weight loss..... i'm so happy,,,, i started my multivitamins, calcium , b12 and for the iron  i skip every other day cause i get so constapated..... so i think its that,,,, well see i'm still figuring it out,,,, had to take milk of magnesia..... last night cause i was going on the 3rd day withought a bowel movement,,,,, and finally had a little one....... i walk about 30 mins a day so far ..... i will work on this as well...... so far i don't have any regreats........ life is good , and i can sleep on my sides already..... thanks who all took time to pray for my surgery,,,, god is good......and this site is wonderfull.....

Well i'm on the liquid diet know, and i have just 4 more days to go. As the days go buy it gets easier , the headaches are not as bad . I'm all ready for tuesday and i can't wait to be on the other side, and recovering and seing the weight come off. My mother is comming over to stay with me as I recover for the first few days back from the hospital , I have a wonderful Mother who is very suportive and husband. I am thankfull for my familly. I will post again when i get back from the hospital to let you know how things went and how i'm making out. Keep me in your prayers.
