"The staff appeared to have no knowledge of working with patients of bariatric surgery. Their response time to my needs was too long, I was not given any medications for my pre-existing conditions, and they forgot to remove the IV from my arm at my discharge time. I had to remove it myself when I got home and realized it was still in my arm. The staff in Recovery and ICU were fantastic, caring, and sensitive. But when I was moved to the floor, my experience was a nightmare."
