I have been a little depressed ever since I realized it was my 5 year anniversary of my surgery. I never got to goal and have gained about 30 lbs in the last 3 years. I am determined to get back on track for 2014. I have gone back to school and will be graduating in a couple months as an esthetician (skin care specialist). With that said, I want to get my life back on track and start losing weight again. So, I'm going to be visiting this website at minimum weekly (I am in school and am a working wife and mother so getting on the computer isn't so easy). I'm trying to get more organized and plan my meals for the week so there's not as much wiggle room for eating inappropriate food.....wish me luck!
Fast Forward to May 22, 2019..I had revision to gastric sleeve surgery and feel great! I get full instead of getting food stuck. Doing well so far...
