1st time blogging...ever. lol

Okay so this is my first time blogging in my life so it might be all over the place.
My surgery is set for November 15th with Dr Aceves. I'm all over the map with my emotions on a daily basis. I haven't told majority of my family. Most of my friends know. And of course most of them think I'm doing the wrong thing.
So generally I go from - "is this the right thing" - "am I taking what I think will be the easy way out" - etc
Today I went for breakfast with my sister, who btw is pregnant with twin boys. So I'm of course jealous of her as my husband and I were married in July 2010 and haven't been able to get pregnant...she got pregnant within a few months of getting married, and claims it wasn't on purpose....who knows. lol
Anyways, she asked me if our mom had talked to me about my surgery or been unsupportive. I told her no, she had been apprehensive but eventually came around and seemed on board with my decision. My sister told me that she had been upset and had said things that my sister insisted she not say to me. So now I'm worried that she will "loose it" for lack of a better term, when we go to Mexico...I don't know what to do at this point. My mom can be difficult at times when she doesn't agree with something.
On top of everything else I weighed myself and have gained quite a bit of weight since the last time I was weighed. I had met with a dietician a few months ago and weighed 281 lbs....now I weighed myself at home and saw 293 on the scale. ugh. So dissapointed in myself. But this scale has been annoying in the past so who knows if it's right....
AND recently my doctor here at home has sent me for a Holter monitor for my heart. He's found an irregular heart beat with the ecg I had a while ago. I had a message on my voicemail to call and make an appt to discuss the results. Hopefully it's nothing serious. The doctor said that I don't have to cancel my surgery, so I'm hoping that's still the case when I go back in to talk to him.
