Hi Steph, I have known you since high school and I am so glad and proud that you had your surgery. You are doing so well, just keep pushing the protein and H2O and I know that you will get to your goal weight. I can't wait for us to see all our old friends from school. Now they can be the fat ones! hahahaha Lisa

Many thanks to the kind people on the site that have taken the time to write a message to me and much thanks to the couple of people who let me in on there chat. Still trying to firgure out the Lingo in the chat room but I will get better as time passes I am sure. Very excited today found an indoor pool that has lap (swimming) hours for adults only.
