I am sooo ready..

I'm a newbie to the Obesity help site. I started the process of WLS in July. I went to my first support group meeting last night at Wood County Hospital. I am even more excited to have surgery!! The nicest two women sat next to me and they've both had RNY. They told me about their experiences and encouraged me....Thank you. I wish I'd gotten their names....maybe they'll be at the next meeting.
I have my last meeting with the Nutritionist next Tuesday, then we can submit to insurance...surgery will probably be in December. I wish it could be sooner. But I can be patient....as my husband says "It will happen, be patient". He's a godsend.....oh BTW...he had surgery, BPD, in October 2001..He's down over 275 lbs!!
