Today is my one year anniversary to getting healthy.  Life has changed so much in one year, much more than getting married, having babies....There's so much that I can once again do....and so little that I can't do.

Today I weighed 260....it's coming off......YEAH!!!!

Today is my six month mark.  I have lost 83 pounds and have gained everything!  My life is so much better due to my having the band and working the system.  I can fit in an airplane seat, any Disneyland ride I want, any chair at a restaurant, sit comfortably in my seat in the car, cross my leg, walk around naked with my husband in the room :), get dressed and look nice, primp, exercise with ease, have a normal intimate relationship with my husband, do a back bend, skip, jump rope, run, climb blocks in San Francisco, sled in the snow....shop in a regular store, wear panties that aren't purchased in a package...I'm sure I'll think of more things to add.

I'm so glad to be in the double digits for pounds left to lose.  Time is flying by and things are going well.  I had a fill (hadn't had one in three months) and it's going okay...first four days there was no difference but no there's tight restriction.  Exercise is going well making it  into the gym 5 days a week.  Things are just chuggin' along.

Today I reached my first goal of 280.  I had wanted to reach it one week prior but that's okay.  I went on my first trip since my surgery and was so happy to find that I fit into the airplane seat, with the arm rest down and the belt fit around me nicely.  I had a wonderful trip to the Napa valley and San Francisco with my husband.  I never took a trolley, I walked down those hills and back up all on my own.  What an accomplishment that was in itself!  Life is so much more enjoyable now.  I really enjoyed all the walking we did in the city and at Golden Gate Park.  Next in one more week is Disneyland and I can't wait to ride all the rides with my girls.  Yeah!

Today was the day that the scale said 299.  I am so pleased that I'm out of the 3's.  I am exercising 6 days a week and that is going well, I'm seeing great results.  Life has changed so much for me over the last two months.  I feel good, look better and am so optimistic for the future.  I know I'm a better wife and mother.  The best is yet to come...
