One year out today

Hey everyone

 I just wanted to stop and tell everyone how i am doing with my band i could not be happier i had my band put in a year ago today and i started at 266lbs and today i am glad to say i weigh 173lbs so i am thrilled with that. I was wearing a size 22 and the jeans i have on right now are a size12 so i have nothing bad to say today i am loving life and i know i could not have done this by myself, So everyone out there stay postive the weight will come off it may be slow but at least you know it is off for good. One year out and can't wait to see where i am couple mouths down the road take care everyoen and thanks for all the support
