I weighed myself yesterday and I am at 220lbs.....the weight I was at when I had my band removed.  I can't believe it just over three months since the surgery and I'm down 60 lbs.  My clothes are frumpy and way took big.  I fit my ass in a size 18 yesterday and the waist was loose.  This year has been life defining.  First in February when I resigned from a volunteer job that I had loved for years but was sick of.  Then with renovations and surgery....   Returning to work only to find that the passion for my job wasn't there anymore and realizing that I was at a professional and personal crossroad.  And this month with our beloved dog passing I thought I was gonna lose it especially with my husband telling me that he may have a tumour behind his ear.  And now, last Thursday getting a promotion.  WTF!  Such is life.....
