This is the first time in a long time Ive been on OH.  I do miss the old format.  I do still keep in touch with all my OH friends on FB from time to time.  I have never for even a day regretted my surgery.  Its not been an easy road but it was a road that I would do again.

 

Im now in Indy working helping others look great.  I do facials, chemical peels, ect.  After surgery I had a lot of sagging and hanging skin and I had to find a way to improve my skin b/c I couldn't afford plastic surgery.  So I was able to learn how thru chemical peels to tighten my facial sagging and neck sagging.  Love my job.

Isnt it fast how time flies.  Another yr has past and my RNY has been the best thing I ever did for myself.  Im so grateful to have had this procedure and would do it again in a heartbeat. 

Well another Thanksgiving that I didnt gain any wt.  That sure never happened before.  Im very grateful for this surgery and all the wt Ive lost.  This morning I weighted in at 208.  I had been up as high as 222 a few months back but I have gotten that out of control eating...Under control for now.  It seems that it will be a never ending battle.  I just gave myself a 10 lb window.  Now it wont be more than a 5 lb window before I reel in the crap that sneeks back in.

 

 

Ive had two exciting WOW moments this week.

One I lost 2 lbs after months of not loosing.   Second, I got in a pair of jeans that I havent worn in 25 yrs...now dont ask why I even still had them but I did wear them in college...so when I can I'll have dear Sally post a pic of me then in the jeans and one of me now in them.

I know I havent lost any wt since I last posted a couple of weeks ago however I just now realized that my bmi has dropped below 30...That was a major goal I had.  Its so exciting to no longer be obese.  Im just "overweight" !!!
Now I just have to make it to my next goal of below 200....and be living in onederland!!!

I only lost 2 lbs this month after gaining 5 and loosing 5 and gaining and loosing it again.  It was a real battle but I still managed to drop into those size 16's now and I still lost inches which in the end is really more important to me.

Its been an amazing yr.  I look and the mirror and I am amazed.  I dont know who the person looking back at me is.  I can only say that I thank God that he has given me this second chance at life.

Yes, Im basically 1/2 the person I was one yr ago.

Well alot has changed since my post last month.  We closed on our new house May 24th.  Sat June 9th I was involved in a car wreck, thank goodness it wasnt my fault and no one was hurt.  I now have had posion ivy for over a week and the itching is driving me totally insane....I know u didnt ever think I was sane right???

Well tomorrow I have a job interview and I will either be out of my mind itching or so out of it becouse of the benadryl Im taking I wont be able to focus....so please keep me in your prayers that if the job is ment to be that I get it    if not...I dont.

Now to the meat of this post.  I now weight in at 217 and thats 10 lbs down from this time last month.  Im really lucky to still be losing at such a good rate without a major stall.  I did have a week where I gained 5 lbs but I lost it and the additional 10....lucky me
