Leland J. Cook

"Dr. Cook seemed to really know what he was talking about. He was kind of dry, but that is actually a good thing to have in a surgeon. His staff seems extremely informed and caring. I was real impressed with a male staff RN Jock. He said that he ran a tight shift and that he was making sure that there were no complications going to happen do to poor hospital after surgery care. This first meeting was in a small group, I do wish I had some more one on to be able to get more specific about my individual issues. I will let you know more after my first one on with Dr. Cook. First one on one with Dr. Cook was kinda dry. Just a routine exam where the Dr. comes in and places the stethescope different places and has you breath in and out. Then he asked if I felt I had done enough research on this surgery. He then sent in the ins. nurse and that's the last I have seen of him so far.---Update--- Dr. Cook is nothing but professional. Though not the most jovial of personality, a very good surgeon and a very compassionate man. His group that he has is top notch and I would rank them 1st amongst all of the WLS operations across this nation."
