Life without my gallbladder

Ah yes..it did NOT play well with my other organs and got kicked out of the club. I was hospitalized for 5 days and it came out laproscopically on day 3. Good grief I do NOT wish that pain on anyone...well...maybe some choice past boyfriends who shall remain nameless lol.

Life without it is interesting..not only do I have 6 NEW incision marks on top of the VSG ones from January but also...no more fried or greasy foods for good. Which I totally consider a good thing! I never lookd at those as completely off limits before now..but whew wee..they sure are!

Doing better post op wise..my checkup is Sept 23rd...and we'll see! I lost 6 pounds in the hospital alone lol. And also..I thought the only surgery I was ever going to have again was the plastic variety.
