It has been four days since my surgery and I am doing well. I am still heavier than my pre-op weight but will be happy when that goes down and I can begin to see some new weight loss!

This is the morning before surgery and I am at work...my surgery isn't until 2pm. I feel hungry, excited and a little nervous nausea.................and tired

I am having surgery in three days...I have lost 10 pounds so far on the pre-op diet and am excited to keep the process going :)
