My Dr. told me to take a photo in front of a door and every month of my journey continue to take the photo so I can see the difference. I think this is an awesome idiea.  You can gage your size by how much of the door you can see. I'm going to have My husband take a photo tonight.
I am also going to try to keep my posts light. This journey can be intense at times and I need to keep positive.
