one month post-op

Went to my 1 month post-op physician visit today.
Very positive, even though I didn't feel so positive.
Total lost is 20 so far. I just thought it would have been higher.
But it seems everyone is assuring me this is great. So, I'll take it.
Goal for now is to keep walking everyday - hopefully bring it up to 45min.
