Mary, I know the feeling of being alone. I was able to get a freind and my sister to drive me the 2 hours to the hospital where I had my surgery and they were there when I woke up, but until I went home 4 days later I didn't have any visitors, except my Angel one day. It didn't really matter, as I slept most of the time anyway. I did recieve some phone calls though. Just hang in there and you will be home before you know it. I hope all goes smoothly and your recovery is complications free. Good Luck!
