Hello Everyone -

Like everyone on here there is always something to say.  I send messages from time to time.  I read a lot of what is written.  I never wrote my own blog.  Maybe I should have.  Well, here goes.

I am 1 year out.  At my heavest I was 390 lbs.  I am now 132 lbs.  I went from a 5xl pants to a small.  I went from a 62 inch waist to a 28.  I went from a 28 inch neck to a 13 1/2.   I went from a 4xl shirt to a medium.  I am amazed at what WLS has done in year.  No much I can say except thank you to everyone out there who have been supportive.  Sean you are my rock.  Everyone thank you and lets all have a great Holiday and a lighter 2009.
