Today I passed my 5 year mark. I can now connect my issues with food to how I deal with all the other areas in my life. It is amazing how when we are open, we can continue to grow and become more fulfilled in all arenas in our lives. I am grateful every day; I no longer need my cane, and i can go to the gym and not feel embarrassed and uncomfortable.
The fact that I even go to the gym is amazing, (should go more I know).
I thank God and all the wonderful people in my life for this second chance I was given.
