"My first impression of Dr Spier was that he understood what I was thinking. He already knew my concerns. His office staff is wonderful. It's just the 4 of them and that is the way I like it. I know to talk to Jan if I have an insurance problem. I like that. There is no insurance \"department\". The thing that I like least about Dr. Spier is that I'm going to be seeing him less and less as time goes on. I need his honesty. I think that future patients should trust him and his staff. This might be your first WLS, but he did 3 last week. Dr. Spier has perfected the way that he does surgery. He is very clear about after care. He is very clear what he wants from you. If a 10 is perfect; I think he should get a 10. "
