Well it is Nov 08 and I turn 40 in 11 days!! I am having a huge party an 80's theme in 2 weeks!! I have invited all my old and new friens and family!! I cant wait to see everyone!! I feel like a whole new person but still turn back to my usual ways I need to break the cycle before I go back. Some days I have no interest in eating and have to remind myself to eat then other days I cant stop eating all day!! I have reached the two goals I wanted to reach before my birthday I lost 100lbs., I weigh 180lbs, and I fit into size 12 jeans!!
