So this is my story. Might as well start from the begining....well not the very begining but we will say age 6....I had always been the fat kid in class. Iwas made fun of daily for bein heavy. Til I got into middle school. But the weight never came off. I mean yea I'm big boned, and tall, but the weight never came off. The smallest I have ever been was a size 14 my freshman year in high school. After a string of depression, crappy relationships, one failed marriage and a 9 pound baby ( which I gained 100 lbs) caarrying, I am not at my ABSOLUTE heaviest. The first time I went to a regular doctor I weighed in at 353. I have already started a liquid diet and have lost 10 lbs. Growing up I TRIED the gym class excersizes and got too winded because of my asthma. I took an 12 week nutrition class at the local hospital....gained all that back. My sister and I decided to wlk around the lake at our park but that didn last long....she has 5 kids and I have a 4 year old...so I am now ready to take that step, the first step to my lapband journey and have already schedualed my psych evaluation for he 17th of march, and am going in to talk with my doc about my sleep study referal. I have been enrolled in nutrition classes already and am going back again march 18th. I am anxious to see the new me and to hopefully next summer be able to run up and down the soccer field with my son. And just be healthier than ever be fore. I want to be able to run a mile and not die of breathing problems...lol...I want to go o he gym and know that this time is gonna be different, that this time I'm playin for keeps. The Kim Kardashian poster on wall isnt there just for decoration. I have a goal. And I WILL ACHIEVE IT!!!!!!!!!!! So I will post often and keep every one updated through ou my journey. I am looking forard to becoming a member of this site because you guys are awesome and I see how supportive everyone is. So,I wish every one luck and hope that each and every one of you make it to your goal and hope to meet alot of new friends on here. Good bye for now!
