Well, my period finally ended a couple of days ago...   Maybe I will not see it for a couple of months....wishful thinking.
I stayed the same weight for a week, then I just dropped 3lbs, go figure. I wonder if I should just weigh myself just one a week so I don't have all these expectations.

I am still having trouble eating slowly. I have a half hour for lunch. If I run to the bathroom that is almost 25 whole minutes to get down 3 oz of meat...

Interesting..... I came home last Thursday (6/4). On Saturday I started my period, and it hasn't stopped since. Also, I was not due to have my period for 2 more weeks!! Did surgery start menopause??

It has been 2 weeks and I am feeling great. I am on stage 4 and I will be going back to work on Monday. I am ready.....I hope. At least it is a sit down job which is a good thing right now, but after a few weeks I am going to need to get active again.


The only roadblock was my medication. I had an extended release that my dr changed to a regular release 3x a day. I am supposed to crush and put into something like applesauce or SF jello. It was the worst thing I had ever eaten. Needless to say I have not been using my medicine which I should not be without. I put this up on another board I am on and someone suggested trying to have it whole....heck, I will try anything!! I tried it this am and I could actually get it down. I am so happy!!

start/ now/ goal

Well, I am finally here. I am hungry (no, broth and crystal light is not enough) even though the nerves are acting up, too. Thankfully I had a wonderful friend who came to visit me yesterday who has first hand knowledge of what I am about to accomplish (yes, I belive that is the right word for it). Well, it is time to pack a bag and get ready..... I will talk to everyone on the flip side. Oh, and I really should have hubby take a "before" pic, too!
