"I first Met Dr. Fiallo at a support meeting and thought he was great and answered all my questions. My impression of him has not changed over my time time of knowing him. I think his staff is wonderful as long as you do not get denied and then when you get denied it is like they want nothing to do with you. That is how I was treated bye Cheryl. Once I was denied it was like she wanted nothing to do with me and if it was not for me being on the phone with my insurance company for 4 hours I probably would not have had the surgery. Made risks an issues all the time did not want you not to know what the risks were. I would rate him an 8 out of 10 and reason being. I saw him when he came into mark my belly and then I went into surgery never saw him and when I came out of surgery never saw him. Never saw him once after he marked my belly way before surgery. and now I won't see him again until Sept. 6 weeks after surgery."
