"Dr Mailapur is very professional and personable. His entire office staff is friendly and helpful. There is a great emphasis on education before surgery to be certain you are prepared and aware of your responsibilities as well as knowledgable about what will occur during your hospital stay and when you go home. The support groups are available both before and after surgery with a nurse and nutritionist in attendance to answer questions. All these aspects were very impressive to me during my surgical and postoperative experience. "
