Im miserable.  Today I gained two pounds I'm not eating carbs with the exception of almonds .  I am chickened out.  My doc wants me to have ultrasound on my abdomen to see if theres anything wrong.  So disgusted with myself.  I feel like I'm failing at a surgery that was supposed to almost do it all for you.  I still havent gotten under 200 i get within 2 pounds and gain
I've been doing situps and I am fairly active.  Always on the go.  Somebody tell me u lost yours this slow and by Oct 23rd of this year I will be thinner.

Okay today is week eleven since surgery.  WOW.  I have only lost fifty pounds!!! Is that normal to be that slow?  I am worried.  I see my doctor again on te 18th and I am dreading  it bc I know its not nearly as much as I should have lost.  Anyone out there a slow loser?

Today is day 18 and my scale hasn't moved in six days...... Is this normal?  I thought I was doing good by getting my water and protein in finally but its not budging.  What do I do?  Scared.  I can get stuck so I must have some kind of restriction bc I have had it come back up.  Still no full feeling. Just have to measure.
Has anyone had this problem? PLease Help, anyone Everyone?????

Okay I did tuna last night and woke up hurting, tightness in chest. Stuck right?
Drank half a protein shake then 2 hours later, half of an egg scrambled.  It came up
and the water since.  What do I do?

Hi.  I am eleven days out and still no full feeling.  Boy my ummy sure makes some noise though.  Growling and such.  My question is is it okay to have grits?  I did today. a small amount but boy they were good and I dont like grits that much.  Help....

Okay today makes one week and I am down fifteen pounds!!!!!!!   Woo Hoo!!!
I am feeling better, still sore but I slept last night . I only worry not getting full feeling.  Don't want to stretch my new tummy.   I can drink an 11 ounce shake in thirty minutes or less.  Should I be concerned?

Okay, i have serious gas issues still and I am dumping everything.  I am drinking my water, well lemonade crystal light.  So I think I am okay. I didnt sleep as much today.  But, I am still sore around my incisions.   I am going to give it a week.  I am a clean freak so I have made the mistake of leaning all the way over and picking up after everyone leaves in the mornings.  Hurts too.  I was looking at my posts from the  hospital, I was miserable.  Forgive me.  I am still wondering why I didn't make up my mind and lose it but hey it's way too late for that.  So Please keep me in your prayers.

I had surgery friday and they are letting me go home today, Sunday.  No problems with diet.  Having chunks of bllod and mucus coming up which they attribute to tube in throat?  Anyone else had this.  My chest feels heavy too.  Normal?

They werent able to take out my gallbladder....have to do it later. UMMMM, I don't think so, I am miserable. i feel like i am going to pass out yet I am wide aWAKE but in a fog.  I went to the bathroom by myself twice.  I am waiting on them to have a swallow done this morning, they said 7 an35d its 8:35 now.  Mouth is dry. aynd m backside is hurting from all off this sitting.  I remember I wanted to scream in preop and post op thy had so many people taltking.and i just    wanted them to shut up. funny in the room i could hear my husband and my daughter ragging her shoes accross the floor.  I said please sit down. Mean old mama.have the worst belch and a horrible smell from it..Ugh.  Wel let this grumpy girl try to dose off.  see ya soon

Fourteen hours til surgery.... So nervous!!!  Doctor said my sugar was 116 on blood test.  little high, normal is 100.....Please pray for me.  I am still so nervous!!!!!!!!  I am going to have faith that God will see me through.
