well they said it would happen and it did. now I am 183 and I can eat more than I thought I would ever eat again.....old habits dont die they have to be killed...!!! well if I go to the gym and burn 400 cals  a day and eat 1500 cals a day for more than 5 days in a week I can get down a half a pound that week...but i build muscle so quick I can jump up 2 lbs that week as well but the tummy will feel flatter...however as soon as i miss the gym four days in a row the pooch comes right back....I have found my stuggle zone... i would like to be down to 165 thats nearly 20 lbs not sure i can get there. i was 170 for a  week in early january and its been going up since then. I quit throwing up three days week back then as well... i havent thrown up in quite  while now but i dont eat the things i know make me sick. i find it real hard to stay at 1000 calories a day.... i cant seem to stay under 1400 unless i am on the run all day and into the night. i must find a way...
