sharing about surgery

What do you share about your surgery? Who do you tell? I finally decided on sharing with my co-workers this week but haven't shared with my some of my closest friends! Not sure why but I did tell my co workers not to post it on my FB bc I don't want everyone knowing. i know it may change. I may way to share more w ppl after my surgery. Right now I just don't want to talk about it all the time. Just a few more days of eating regular food before I have to do the two week liquid pre surgery diet. All I can do is take each thing step by step or else it becomes overwhelming.
