I am getting so excited!  My surgery is scheduled for Wed. Sept. 15th.   I am a little nervouse because I realize this is forever which is a little overwhelming.   I know in my heart this is the right thing to do to prolong my life and to have a better life with my family!  I want to be able to chase my baby around without sweating up a storm and losing my breath!  I want to be a fun mom!  
I am nervous because I feel like I want to eat everything I see because i think - "Well - I can never have that again..... better get some now...."  Anyone else go through that? 

Well - For now - wish me luck on the 15th.  I go this week for Pre-Op......

I attended the Weightwise Seminar last night and am so excited to start this journey.  I scheduled my initial appt with Dr. Broussard and hope that I will be able to have this surgery sooner rather than later.  I really want the Gastric Sleeve.  I am about 100 lbs overweight and feel this is exactly what I need.
