so discouraged

my request was submitted to insurance on 8/11.....they contacted me today nad said they need more:

-Another Psych test
-weight or pic from 2005 (even though I provided them a letter with my weight from 2006-2010)
-clear indication of height (letter from doctor and wls dr are different)
-and I have to lose 30 lbs (10% of body weight)

Just seems like I will never get to the end of this....my wls doctors office apologized because they told me I did not have to lose the 30 lbs. Now I do.

so more stuff....this has been going on for 7 months now....blah!
