My oldest son, Michael, Jr., returned to the U.S. from Iraq 17 Mar 2009.  I have lost a total of 65 Lbs and am feeling better and am able to move around better that I have been able to since 2003.  I have not experienced any of the problems that they told me to expect.  I feel blessed and I am thankfull for the surgery and all of the support from the group in Little Rock, AR.  I believe that I will obtain my goal of 200 Lbs weight loss in 2 years or less.
