"When I first met Dr. BC, it was such a short meeting, I really did not form an opinion either way about him. He was very upfront and explained everything very well. I asked a couple of questions about risks and he answered all of them straightforward and honestly. When I went in for surgery I liked that Dr. BC always had a smile on his face and was very encouraging and positive. He always had something nice to say. Five days post-op and I'm feeling great. I'm sure some of that credit goes to his talent as a surgeon. I would rate him an A."
