So just where does one start when explaining why someone is on this site? Well lets see if I can do in an understandable way. I have always been a larger type of guy add in the fact that I never thought I would make it too be this old in life and boy oh boy does that not add up well.
My real problem with weight happened over the years of eating just the worst of the worst food since I was an over the road truck add in the fact that I liked drinking beer and a lot of it tells you how it happened.
What really made me choose this is about a year ago I found out I couldn't get life insurance policy that was a giant eye opener. It was at that point that the game was gonna change and change on my command.
So here I am my highest weight being 401 followed by 379 on 7-8-15 which was the day of surgery. Five days latter I am at 373 and will never go back the other way.
