Hello All, I just got my date for my surgery. Im going to have it on 5/16/08. I start me liquid diet on 4/24/08. PRAISE BE TO GOD, WITH HIM EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE. When I start my diet I will try and blog regularly.

Hello all,  I saw the doctor yesterday. It went well. We talked about the operation and the amount of weight I might realisticly loose. I should loose about 110 lbs. I hope that I loose more than that. I am now waiting for the approval from my insurance company to get a surgery date. I will let everyone know when I get that date. Peace and be Blessed.

Hello, all, Im new to this site. I started this process on 8/24/2007. My insurance requires a lot to get approval for the operation. I have my first consult with the doctor on 3/31/08. Hopefully, I willl not have much to do before I get my surgery date. This has been a long process for me in more ways that one. I've always had problems with me weight. It took me  a lot of years and tears to get to this point but I'm finally here. After the surgery it will be  the start of a new enjoyable life.
