Good luck with your surgery again Amy. I thought I would post on both pages. You will be in my prayers. I am also with St. Vincents, Dr. Kaderabek and my surgery is Jan. 13th. Best wishes as you emerge on the losing side of life!!

Hello everyone it has been awhile since I have been here have gotten caught up in filling my calendar to make the days go by fast and it has so far. I just wanted to post and say I only have 54 more days to go and am so excited. Also , went to see my surgeon again 3 weeks ago and she has approved me to do the lap rny now since I have lost 54 lbs. Hi Amy....My name is Denise and I live in Indianapolis....I thought I had written you a note already, but I guess not. Any way I wanted to stop by and introduce myself and say Welcome to the AMOS group and the INDY WLS group. Dear Amy~~~~CONGRATULATIONS!!! on having a surgery date. You are doing so many positive things for yourself preop and I think that is wonderful. I have just now joined the Y after being postop 16 months from my Open DS and 2 months from my herniorraphy and panniculectomy. I am now able to walk with a cane and some measure of security and am looking forward to some exercise. I wish you the best of luck and I will email you before your surgery.
