Hi everyone,
I hope that you take a look at my site and my info. I am a 48 yr old woman with four children ages, 31, 27, 19 and 14.
I started gaining weight during my last pregnancy, when I delivered my son I was a whopping 250 lbs. I thought that after I had my son gradually I would lose weight no so!
What happened was I started eating more, I was depressed more and I looked like a whale. I was not feeling myself throughout the years. Then in 2000, I decided to stop smoking. Well, as you know smoking does increase your desire to eat more. I was 220 lbs when I stopped smoking and after that I lost my job which I went into deeper depression. For two years I was out of work.
The bigger I got the more I was rejected for jobs. It is true when you are big no one wants to hire you. Finally, an agency hired me and that was when I realized how big I had gotten because none of my clothes fit. That was more depressing for me because I had no money to buy more clothes.
My husband has been so supportive throughout my life that it is very hard to think about him not being around. He is the only one that was there when no one else was and I will always appreciate that from him.
It has been now four months out of the surgery and it has been easy so far. I read alot and learn from this site all that I have to do in order to get myself going. I am happy that I have done this and I will lose the weight that I need to lose.
