So i have been on the fence about the VSG surgery. I think that i am going to do it. Yesterday i went to a gym that gives you a personal trainer and a nutritionist and its a 7 month program.. when i went in to so my interview with the gym the guy was vary rude and insulting. i was telling him why i was ready to lose the weight and he was saying how he was going to have no sympathy for me because i did this to my self i got fat on my own. i know thats the truth but it was hard to hear. the gym for seven months was around 4000 dollars for everything and they couldn't even promise anything. So i have decided that i want the surgery. these last few weeks have really opened my eyes. i have been having severe knee pains in both of my knees and i have sleep apnea. there are also a few other medical issues because of my weight. i am border line for diabetes because it is on both sides of my family. This just all really scares me and i need to lose the weight, not just so i can feel good about myself but just so that i can feel good. i just want to live a normal happy healthy life. !!
