Yesterday was my 2 week pre-op appt. and was so happy when I saw the weight on the scale. Since my post-op appt, I lost 32lbs and cant wait for more to come off.

Have 4 more days til my surgery date and getting very anxious but yet very excited because I lost 13lbs in a week of me being on my liquid diet before my surgery and now my weight is 275 and cant wait to lose a whole lot more

Yesterday I had my pre-op appt. and I started today with my liquid diet. My surgery date is the 22nd of January, I am very excited and scared at the same time. I have gained 2lbs but Im gona lose it know with the holidays gone. I started walking today I walked two miles it really felt good.

Went to Nutrition appt. and got weighed in at 286lbs and a month before I was weighed in at 292. I am so happy im losing weight before my surgery.
