His office staff is nice and very knowlegeable. They told me what to bring to my first visit( papers from my PCP, diet history) and gave me names of DR's that I could see for my other tests.
After all my tested were done and sent to their office, they sent to the insurance company and it was approved in about eight days.
He has a structed aftercare program. And yes he did outline all of the risks involved.
Surgical competence is the most important. I don't care how your bedside manner is if you know your stuff as a surgeon.
Since I have not had my surgery yet, I will have to wait to rate him."
